RESERVING A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR NATIONAL PARK PURPOSES TO BE KNOWN AS “BULABOG-PUTIAN NATIONAL PARK” SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF DINGLE AND SAN ENRIQUE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources as Chairman of the Commission on Parks and Wildlife, and pursuant to the provisions of Section One of Act Numbered Thirty-nine hundred and fifteen, as amended, and of Section Two of Republic Act Numbered Eight Hundred and Twenty-six, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for national park purposes to be known as “Bulabog-Putian National Park” under the administration of the Commission on Parks and Wildlife, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of land of the public domain, situated in the municipalities of Dingle and San Enrique, province of Iloilo, Island of Panay, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Corners 1, 16, 24, 25, 28 to 31, 35, 37, 39, 41, 42, 44 to 55, 57 to 95, 107, 108, 112 and 114 are concrete monuments marked “B.L.”, corners 17, 23, 26, 27, 32 to 34, 38, 40, 43, 56 to 113 are trees marked “X”, corners 18 to 20 and 36 are stakes marked “X”, corners 21 and 22 are rocks marked “X”, and corners 2 to 15, 96 to 106 and 109 to 111 are points on the ground.

This park is subject to future delimitation and survey.1aшphi1
