MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 756, June 2, 1961 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS WHICH ARE PARTIALLY OF THE PUBLIC AND PARTIALLY OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABIAO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of Public Schools, subject to private rights if any there be, certain parcels which are partially of the public and partially of the private domain of the government situated in the municipality of Cabiao, province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described, to wit: Lot 1733 “A parcel of land (Lot 1733 of the cadastral survey of Cabiao, L.R.C. Cadastral Record No. ), situated in the barrios of San Fernando and Poblacion, municipality of Cabiao, province of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by lot 1751; on the SW., NW., and S., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13; by lot 1731, all Cabiao Cadastre; on the NW., along line 17-18; by Pampanga River; on the NW., and N., along lines 12-19-20-21-22, by lot 1735; on the N., along lines 22-23-24-25, by lot 1734; and along line 25-26, by lot 2037; on the NW., along line 26-27, by lot 103; on the N., along line 27-28, by lot 256; and along line 28-29, by lot 255: and along line 29-30, by lot 254; and along line 30-31, by lot 253: and along line 31-32, by lot 252; and along line 32-33, by lot 251: and along line 23-34, by lot 250; and along line 34-36, by lot 249; and along lines 36-37-38, by lot 1150; and on the thence S. 10° 50' W., 27.62 meters to point 2; thence N. 56° 23' W., 188.69 meters to point 3; thence N. 42° 49' E., 44.16 meters to point 4; thence S. 79° 53' E., 38.15 meters to point 5; thence S. 45° 10' E., 33.07 meters to point 6; thence S. 7° 01' W., 19.39 meters to point 7; thence S. 2° 04' W., 39.23 meters to point 8; thence S. 59° 27' E., 24.51 meters to point 1; point of beginning; containing an area of 9,951 square meters. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 57° 34' W., 98.20 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Cabiao Cadastre, thence N. 77° 37' W., 215.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 42° 49' E., 79.26 meters to point 3; thence S. 56° 23' E., 138.69 meters to point 1, point of beginning; containing an area of 7,381 square meters.
