DECLARING THE CESSATION OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, the existence of a state of public calamity in the City of Manila, Quezon City, Pasay City, City of Cotabato, and the provinces of Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pangasinan, and Samar was declared and certified in Proclamation No. 713, dated October 13, 1960;

WHEREAS, from the official reports submitted to me I am satisfied that the existence of a public calamity in the province of Pangasinan has already ceased, and that the conditions have returned to normal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the provisions of section 1 of Act No. 4164 of the Philippine Legislature, do hereby declare the cessation of such public calamity in the province of Pangasinan.1aшphi1
