MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 738, March 9, 1961 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT COVERED BY CERTIFICATE OF TITLES NOS. 47462, 47463, AND 47464 OF THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF MANILA, SITUATED IN GAGALANGIN, DISTRICT OF TONDO, CIY OF MANILA By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, three parcels of land of the private domain of the Government described in and covered by Certificate of Titles Nos. 47462, 47463, and 47464, all of the Office of the Register of Deeds of Manila, containing a total area of 12,107.70 square meters, situated in Gagalangin, district of Tondo, City of Manila.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
