RESERVING FOR THE COMPOSTING PLANT SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Composting Plant site purposes under the administration of the City of Dagupan, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in the City of Dagupan, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land Lot No. 9095-A, situated in the district of Bonuan Gueset, Dagupan City. Bounded on the NW along lines 9-10; 10-11; 11-12; 12-13 by Lingayen Gulf; on the NE along line 13-1; and 1-2 by Lot No. 8901-C, Bsd-3985 or Lot No. 9094; on the SE along line 2-3 by Lot No. 8262, Dagupan Cad.; on the SW along line 304; 5-6; 6-7; 7-8 by Lot No. 9095-F of the same subdivision and on the SW along line 8-9 by a barrio road which is Lot No. 9095-C. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 37 deg. 56’ W., 68.50 meters more or less from BBM No. 12, Dagupan Cadastre.

Containing an area of ELEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINE (11,309) square meters. Bearing True; Declination 0 deg. 40’ E., Surveyed January 12 and February 3 and 8, 1933. Original surveyed February 16, 1925 and December 24, 1926.1aшphi1

Note: The above technical description was submitted by the City Engineer of Dagupan City. The same is subject to future survey.
