[ Proclamation No. 731, February 2, 1961 ]

REVOKING THE PROCLAMATION DATED NOVEMBER 11, 1908, WHICH RESERVED FOR NAVAL PURPOSES CERTAIN LANDS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT SUBIC, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, AND DECLARING SUCH PORTIONS THEREOF WHICH HAVE ALREADY BEEN CLASSIFIED AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE AND ARE NOT OR WILL NOT BE NEEDED FOR GOVERNMENT PURPOSES OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 274, IN RELATION TO COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 141, AS AMENDED, AND ACT NO. 3038

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority-vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated November 11, 1908, which reserved for Naval purposes certain lands of the public domain situated at Subic, Province of Zambales, and declare such portions thereof which have already been classified as alienable and disposable and are not or will not be needed for government purposes open to disposition under the provisions of Republic Act No. 274, in relation to Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, and Act No. 3038.
