AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 22, DATED MARCH 10, 1947, ENTITLED “EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 305, SERIES OF 1938, AND RESERVING FOR WAREHOUSE PURPOSES, BLOCK NO. 166, RECLAMATION NO. 1, MANILA SOUTH HARBOR, PORT AREA, CITY OF MANILA

Pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 22, dated March 10, 1947, by, authorizing the Philippine National Red Cross to use Block No. 166, Reclamation No. 1, Manila South Harbor, Port Area, City of Manila, for warehouse and other purposes, and to make constructions thereon to carry out its purposes as set forth in Republic Act No. 95, as amended by Republic Act No. 855.
