MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 400, March 31, 1957] RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF MANILA Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64( e ) of the Revised Administrative Code, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for building site purposes of the Department of Commerce and Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the private domain, of the Government, comprising lots Nos. 8 and 9, block No. 2135, situated in the City of Manila, and more particularly described as follows: Transfer Certificate of Title No: 46987 (Lot No. 8) A piece of land (lot No. 8 of block No. 2135 of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila), with the buildings built on it, located on line No. of Isla de Romero Street, District of Santa Cruz. Nice to the NE. with lot No. 9 of block No. 2135; for the SE. with Isla de Romero Street; by the SO. with lot No. 1 of block No. 2135; and by NO. with Helios Street. Starting from a point marked 1 on the map, whose point is S. 15° 59? E., 78.40 meters from fire hydrant No. 491; and S. 66° 42? W., 119.49 meters from fire hydrant No. 394; and from said point 1 N. 14° 23? E., 22.56 meters to point 2; from here S. 75° 54? E., 27.23 meters to point 3; from here S. 15° 36? 0., 25 meters to point 4; from here No. 70° 42? W., 26. 82 meters to the starting point; measuring a surface area of ??641 square meters 70 square decimeters, more or less.
