REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 20 DATED JUNE 2, 1918, WHICH RESERVED AND EXEMPTED FROM LEASE, SALE, AND OTHER DISPOSITION THE LOTS OF THE BANILAD FRIAR LANDS ESTATE, SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MABOLO, MUNICIPALITY OF CEBU, NOW CITY OF CEBU, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE FRIAR LANDS ACT
By virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, RAMON MAGSAYSAY, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Executive Order No. 20 dated June 2, 1918, and declare the lots embraced therein open to disposition under the provisions of the Friar Lands Act, Act 1120, and other applicable laws,
