DCELARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 1957, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN QUEZON PROVINCE

WHEREAS, the 68th birthday anniversary of the late Aurora Aragon-Quezon, one of our outstanding women leaders, falls on February 19, 1957; and

WHEREAS, the people of Quezon province, her birthplace, desire that they be given full opportunity to celebrate her birthday anniversary with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RAMON MAGSAYSAY, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 19, 1957, as a special public holiday in Quezon province.1âшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
