REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 121, DATED DECEMBER 18, 1936, WHICH RESERVED FOR AIRPLANE LANDING SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SITIO OF SAN VICENTE, BARRIO OF SAN ROQUE, MUNICIPALITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND RESERVING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL SITE PURPOSES

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of sections 83 and 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, RAMON MAGSAYSAY, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 121, dated December 18, 1936, which reserved for airplane landing site purposes certain parcels of the public domain situated in the sitio of San Vicente, barrio of San Roque, municipality of Tarlac, province of Tarlac, island of Luzon, and reserve the land embraced therein for provincial hospital site purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Hospitals, subject to private rights, if any there be, and which parcel of land is more particularly described, to wit:

A parcel of land (Airplane Landing Reservation under Executive Proclamation 121), situated in the sitio of San Vicente, barrio of San Roque, municipality of Tarlac, province of Tarlac. Bounded on the W., along lines 1-2, by George L. Parks Subdivision; along lines 2-7, by road; along lines 7-12, by lot 1092, Tarlac cadastre; along lines 12-13, by lot 1543, Tarlac cadastre; and along lines 13-25 and 25-1, by George L. Parks Subdivision. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 44° 50? E., 585.36 meters from B.B.M. 82, Tarlac cadastre, thence N. 27° 56? E., 226.16 meters to point 2; thence S. 68° 52? E., 29.05 meters to point 3; thence S. 69° 56? E., 15.13 meters to point 4; thence S. 69° 14? E., 60.93 meters to point 5; thence N. 75° 40? E., 14.28 meters to point 6; thence S. 69° 06? E., 31.06 meters to point 7; thence S. 17° 40? W., 81.33 meters to point 8; thence S. 17° 40? W., 11.60 meters to point 9; thence S. 17° 40? W., 187.12 meters to point 10; thence S. 22° 40? NOTE: All data are approximate and subject to change for future surveys.

From this reservation a portion in the northern part which is actually used and occupied by the primary school of barrio San Vicente shall be excluded.
