MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 382, January 31, 1957 ] RESERVING FOR OFFICE AND BODEGA SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF PUBLIC WORKS A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, RAMON MAGSAYSAY, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for office and bodega site purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Public Works, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Pagadian, province of Zamboanga del Sur, island of Mindanao, and more particularly described, to wit: Lot 2001 Pagadian Public Land Subdivision, Pls-119, Case 1 (Bureau of Public Works Site) A parcel of land (lot 2001 of Pagadian Public Land Subdivision, Pls-119, Case 1 and shown on plan Ap-2616, situated in the poblacion, municipality of Pagadian, province of Zamboanga del Sur. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by lot 2002; along line 2-3 by lot 7109; along line 3-4 by lot 7109; all of Pagadian Public Land Subdivision, Pls-119; and along line 4-1 by the national highway. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 60° 54? W., 573.78 meters from B.L.L.M. 3, Pagadian Public Land Subdivision, Pls-119, thence S. 14° 49? W., 86.29 meters to point 2; thence N. 77° 09? W., 31.57 meters to point 3; thence N. 14° 39? E., 86.59 meters to point 4; thence S. 75° 35? E., 31.82 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 2,739 square meters.
