MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 381, January 28, 1957 ] DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 28, 1957, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE AND THE CITY OF CAVITE In commemoration of the ninety-sixth birthday of Julian Felipe, composer of the Philippine National Anthem, I, RAMON MAGSAYSAY, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Monday, January 28, 1957, as a special public holiday in the province and the city of Cavite.
