MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 379, January 2, 1957 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BIAO, MUNICIPALITY OF GUIANGA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to .section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I, RAMON MAGSAYSAY, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the private domain of the Government situated in the barrio of Biao, municipality of Guianga, province of Davao, island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 178, Pcs-3076 (School site) A parcel of land (lot 178 of the consolidation-subdivision., plan Pcs-3076, being a portion of the consolidation of lots 107, 108, 109, 216, and 400, of the cadastral survey of Guianga, G.L.R.O. cadastral record No. ------ ), situated in the barrio of Biao, municipality of Guianga, province of Davao, island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N. by lot 191 of the consolidation-subdivision plan; on the E. by lots 180 and 179 of the consolidation-subdivision plan; on the S. by lot 179 of the consolidation-subdivision plan, road lot 7 of the consolidation-subdivision plan, and lot 85 of the consolidation-subdivision plan; on the SW. by road lot 12; and on the W. by lot 85 of the consolidation-subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 29° 23? W., 4,881.77 meters from M.B.M. 17, Davao cadastre, thence S. 7° 01? E., 145.77 meters to point 2; thence N. 88° 15 W., 106.18 meters to point 3; thence N. 3° 54? W., 134.13 meters to point 4; thence S. 87° 48? W., 39.03 meters to point 5; thence N. 20° 28? W., 104.91 meters to point 6; thence N. 87° 08? E., 270.52 meters to point 7; thence S. 3° 00? E., i00 meters to point 8; thence N. 88° 24?
