MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 378, January 2, 1957 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 122, SERIES OF 1955, WHICH RESERVED A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN CEBU CITY FOR PARK PURPOSES BY RESERVING THE AREA EMBRACED THEREIN FOR CITY HALL SITE OF THE CITY OF CEBU Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby amend Proclamation No. 122, series of 1955, which reserved for Park purposes a certain parcel of land situated in the City of Cebu by reserving the land embraced therein for City Hall site of the said city.1âшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
