MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 377, January 2, 1957 ] RESERVING FOR ROAD SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for road site purposes, under the administration of the City of Davao, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the private domain of the Government, situated in the City of Davao, island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in subdivision plan BCS-2050, to wit: “A parcel of land (lot 2 of the: consolidation and subdivision plan BCS-2050 being a portion of the consolidation of lots 117-A, 117-B, 117-C, and 117-D of plan Psd-19449, G.L.R.O. record No. -----) situated in the City of Davao. Bounded on the NE., by lots 119-A and 119-B of plan Psd-19449; on the SE., by lot 3; on the SE. by lot 4; and on the NW., by lot 1, all of the consolidation and subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 68c 24” E., 157.95 meters from monument 23, Davao Townsite,” thence N. 65° 41? W., 3.97 meters to point 2; thence N. 22° 50? E., 25.12 meters to point 3; thence S. 62° 25? E., 0.50 meters to point 4; thence S. 62° 25? E., 14.30 meters to point 5; thence S. 22° 44? W., 24.28 meters to point 6; thence N. 65° 41? W., 11.03 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 370 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Points 1 and 4, by old B.P.W./D.C. concrete monuments; and the rest, by B.P.W./D.C.S.M. concrete monuments; bearings true; date of the consolidation and subdivision survey, January 14, 1955.”1âшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
