Proclamation No. 426

RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES THE REHABILITATION FINANCE CORPORATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN LEGASPI.

Upon the recommendation of the-Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for building site purposes of the Rehabilitation Finance Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain City and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan No. Swo-35009, to wit:

"A parcel of land (as shown on plan Swo-35009, G.L.R.O. Record No.————), situated in the Port of Legaspi, City of Legaspi. Bounded on the NE., by public land; on the SE., by lot 1115, Legaspi cadastre; on the SW., by public land; and on the NW., by Quezon Avenue. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 22° 16′ E., 248;44 meters from B.L.L.M. L, Legaspi cadastre 47, thence S. 6° 15′ E., 60.89 meters to point 2; thence S. 62° 34′ W., 50.94 meters to point 3; thence N. 6° 15′ W., 54.98 meters to point 4; thence N. 6° 15′ W., 24.32 meters to point 5; thence N. 83° 45′ E., 4.05 meters to point 6; thence N. 83° 45′ E., 43.45 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 3,330 square meters, more or less. All indicated on the plan and are marked on Points 1 and 6, by B.L. cylindrical concrete monuments; point 2, by steel rod of old concrete wall; points 3 and 5, by P.L.S. cylindrical concrete monuments; and point 4, by B.L. cylindrical concrete monument; bearings true; declination 0° 48′ E.; date of survey, October 7-8, 1953, and that of the approval, November 7, 1953.
"NOTE.—This is an additional lot 19192 of Legaspi cadastre 47."
