MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 82, July 27, 1948 ] FIXING THE DATE FOR THE INAUGURATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MERCEDES, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE. By virtue of the power conferred upon me by section 3 of Republic Act No, 341, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby fix August 8, 1948, as the date for the inauguration of the municipality of Mercedes, Camarines Norte, and the qualification of the mayor, the vice-mayor and the municipal councilors thereof.1âшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
