[ PROCLAMATION NO. 63, April 21, 1948 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 9, SERIES OF 1924, AND DECLARING OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT SARUNAYAN, DULAWAN, COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation No. 9, series of 1924, and declare the lands covered thereby located at Sarunayan, Dulawan, Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, open to disposition under the provision of the Public Land Act.1âшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
