MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 44, October 08, 1947 ] ORGANIZING THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBAY, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN By virtue of the power conferred upon me by Section 2 of Republic Act No. 188, I, MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, do hereby proclaim the organization of the Municipality of Tubay, La Fraternidad, Tinigbasan, Cabayawa, Victory, Sta. Ana, and Tagmamarcay, in the Municipality of Cabadbaran, Province of Agusan.
