AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 30, DATED JULY 30, 1947, ENTITLED “DECLARING THE SECOND SATURDAY OF SEPTEMBER EACH YEAR AS ARBOR DAY AND CREATING COMMITTEES FOR THE PURPOSE”
The first part of the fourth paragraph of Proclamation No. 30, dated July 30, 1947, entitled “Declaring the Second Saturday of September each Year as Arbor Day and Creating Committees for the Purpose” is hereby amended to read as follows:1âшphi1
“The following Committees, which shall be in charge of the programs to be observed on Arbor Day, are hereby created:
