REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 13, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 37, BOTH SERIES OF 1915, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO OPEN TO DISPOSITION.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce I hereby revoke Executive Order Numbered Thirteen, dated February seventeen, nineteen hundred and fifteen, as amended by Executive Order Numbered Thirty seven, dated May twenty, nineteen hundred and fifteen, and declare the land reserved thereunder situated in the City of Davao open to disposition under the provisions of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one as amended.
