[ Proclamation No. 792, December 18, 1941 ]

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SINABSABAN, MUNICIPALITY OF CUARTERO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, ISLAND OF PANAY

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Sinabsaban, Municipality of Cuartero, Province of Capiz, Island of Panay, and particularly described on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-497, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-497, N.21-25’W. 2381.44 m. more or less from B.B.M. No. 36, Dao Cad. No. 147, thence

N. 83-15’W. 146.70 m. to point 2;

N. 16-11’E. 75.75 m. to point 3;

S. 83-18’E. 139.66 m. to point 4;

S. 10-52’W. 75.02 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE SQUARE METERS (10,705), more or less.

All corners are B.L. Conc. Mons.

Bounded on the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest and Northwest, by Public Land.

Bearings true. Declination 1-28’E.

Points referred to are marked on plan Mr-497.

Surveyed: January 21, 1941.

Approved: October 20, 1941.

Lot No. 3689 was declared Public Lands on Dec. 29, 1923.
