RESERVING FOR HALL SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF NANENG, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABUK, SUBPROVINCE OF KALINGA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal hall site purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Tabuk, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Naneng, municipal district of Tabuk, subprovince of Kalinga, Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-107553, to wit:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Plan Psu-107553, G.L.R.O. Rec. No. ), situated on the barrio of Naneng, municipal district of Tabuk, Mountain Province (subprovince of Kalinga), , island of Luzon
Bounded on the N. by public land; on the NE. by Tangob Creek (10-2-m. wide); on the SE. and SW. by trail (20.00m. wide); and on the NW. by public land. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan. Being S.66 deg. 04’W. 50180.88 meters more or less from Triangulation Tuguegarao Church Tower, municipality of Tuguegarao, thence

S. 35 deg. 35’W. 52.70m. to point “3”; thence
S. 72 deg. 10’W. 65.20m. to point “4”; thence

All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, point “1” is marked by boulder stone marked P. L. S. 80 x 80 cms.; point “2” by P.L.S. stone 20 x 40 x 60cms; and points “3” to “8” inclusive by Nails on crosses on trees.
