MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 790, December 16, 1941 ] POSTPONING TO A LATER DATE THE HOLDING OF SPECIAL ELECTION OF LOCAL OFFICIALS IN DANSALAN, LANAO. In view of the present emergency, the special election called under Proclamation Numbered Seven hundred and eighty-six, dated December second, nineteen hundred and forty-one, to take place on Tuesday, January thirteenth, nineteen hundred and forty-two, in the municipality of Dansalan, Lanao, for the purpose of electing the Mayor, the Vice Mayor and the Councilors of said municipality, is hereby postponed to a later date which shall be fixed and announced in another proclamation to be issued by the President for the purpose.
