RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PARISTA, MUNICIPALITY OF LUPAO. PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of Section Eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Parista, municipality of Lupao, province of Nueva Ecija, island of Luzon, and particularly described on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-17262, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-17262, S.41-45’E. 2297.74m. more or less from B.B.M. No. 17, Lupao Cad. No. 144, thence

N. 10-26’E. 3.21 m. to point 3;

N. 10-26’E. 75.66 m. to point 4;

S. 61-50’E. 22.36 m. to point 5;

S. 67-09’E. 15.60 m. to point 6;

Containing an area of NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETEEN SQUARE METERS (9,419), more or less.

Bounded on the Northeast and Southeast, by Sapang Capanpandanan; on the Southwest, by Road; and on the Northwest, by lots Nos. 2068 and 2069.

Bearings true. Declination 0-45’E.
