MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 784, November 26, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR DEVELOPMENT, CULTIVATION AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LASANG, MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby reserve for development, cultivation and for other purposes, under the administration of the National Land Settlement Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the rights that might have been acquired by the De Leon Farm, Inc., under .Sales Application (New) filed on March twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and forty-one, and Eligio Lagman under Sales Application (New) filed on February third, nineteen hundred and forty-one, and to the further condition that the timber and other forest products therein shall be placed under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry in accordance with the Forest Law and Regulations, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Lasang municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16981, to wit: Lot No. 4851, Swo-16981.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16981, S. 57° 52' W. 148.04 m., more or less, from B.
