RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TEN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF BALIWANAN, DIBAGAT, DAGARA, MUSIMUT AND NAGBALAYAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KABUGAO; LANGNAO; MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BAYAG; ALLAGUIA, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF PINUKPUK; LAYA AND TUGA, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABUC; AND TONGLAYAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF ANTONIN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE (SUB-PROVINCES OF APAYAO, KALINGA AND BONTOC), ISLAND OF LUZON.
