RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PALINA MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF PUGO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of Section Eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Palina, municipal district of Pugo, province of La Union, island of Luzon, and particularly described on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-483, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-483, N.26-38'E. 1490.90 m. more or less from B.L.B.M. No. 1, Bo. of Palina, Mpl. Dist. of Pugo, thence

N. 84-54'E. 90.54 m. to point 2;

S. 7-48'B. 125.44 m. to point 3;

S. 82-45'W. 156.87 m. to point 4;

N. 19-35'E. 144.38 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of FIFTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN SQUARE LETERS (15,777), more or less.1aшphi1

Bounded on the North, by property of Feliciano Cataras; and on the East, South and Northwest, by Public Land.

Bearings true. Declination 0-42'E.
