RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF NANUNGARAN, MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Nanungaran, municipality of Rizal, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, and particularly described on Bureau of Lands plan Psm-1001, to wit:

Psm-1001.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psm-1001, S, 68° 37' E. 11,026.75 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Rizal, thence N. 1° 31' W. 212.36 m. to to point 2; N. 74° 18' E. 99.12 m. to point 3; S. 1° 54' E. 218.03 m. to point 4; S. 77° 41' W. 99.32 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of twenty thousand eight hundred fifty-one (20,851) square meters, more or less.

Points 1, 2, and 4, B. L. concrete monuments; and point 3, G. I. S. on cross on tree.

Bounded on the north by public land; on the east; by barrio road; on the south, by property of Crescencio Melad; and on the west, by property of Gabriel Genilba.

Bearings true. Declination, 0°: 18' E.

Points referred to are marked on plan Psm-1001.
