MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 779, November 22, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PANUBIGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF VALLEHERMOSO, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF NEGROS. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private lights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Panubigan, municipality of Valleherrmoso, Province of Negros Oriental, Island of Negros, and particularly described on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-112197, to wit: Psu-112197.—A parcel of land (described on plan Psu-112197, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Panubigan, municipality of Vallehermoso, Province of Negros Oriental. Bounded on the north by public land vs. Dominador Paras (II-7995-Amd., lot No. 3); on the east, by public land vs. Dominador Paras (11-6995 Amd., lot No. 3); on the south, by public land vs. Dominador Paras (11-6995 Amd., lot No. 3); and on the west, by public land vs. Dominador Paras (11-6995 Amd., lot No. 3). Beginning at a point marked “1” on Bureau of Lands plan, being N. 74° 04' W., 6,446.86 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Vallehermoso, thence S. 85° 48' W., 99.29 in. to point 2; N. .4° 27' W., 102.03 m. to point 3; N. 86° 22' E., 99.45 m. to point 4; S. 4° 22' E., 101.02 m. to the point of beginning. Containing an area of ten thousand eighty-eight (10,088) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the Bureau of Lands plan, and on the ground are marked by P. L. S. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm. Bearings true. Declination, 1° 27' E.
