RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF TINAGO, MUNICIPALITY OF VIGA, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, ISLAND OF CATANDUANES.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Tinago, municipality of Viga, Province of Albay, Island of Luzon, and particularly described on, Bureau of Lands plan Mr-501, to wit.

Lot No. 1, Mr-501 (additional school site).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-501, S. 38° 37' E. 4,508.30 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, barrio of Tambongon, municipality of Viga, thence S. 1° 27' E. 33.62 m. to point 2; S. 16° 58' W. 8.05 m. to point 3; S. 18° 05' W. 28.47 m. to point 4; N. 87° 02' W. 60.87 m. to point 5; N. 5° 24' W. 20.40 m. to point 6; N. 5° 20' W. 44.88 m. to point 7; N. 89° 50' E. 77.22 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of four thousand eight hundred ten (4,810) square meters, more or less.

Points 1 and 7, old B. L. concrete monuments; points 2, 3, 5, and 6, B. L. stone monuments; and point 4, “X” on tree.

Bounded on the north by property of the Commonwealth of the Philippines; on the east, by lot No. 2; on the southeast, by properties of Lucas Transmañas and Pelagio Ogalde; on the south, by property of Pelagio Ogalde; and on the west, by property of Feliciano Olpendo.

Lot No. 2, Mr-501 (additional school site).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-501, S. 38° 37' E. 4,508.30 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Tambongon, municipality of Viga, thence N. 13° 42' E. 62.42 m. to point 2;. N. 56° 39' W. 25,52 m. to point 3; S. 71° 00' E. 39.81 m. to point 4; S. 10° 59' W. 99.14 m. to point 5; N. 80° 02' W. 11.55 m. ta point 6; N. 1° 27' W. 33.62 m. to point 1, point of beginning.1aшphi1

Containing an area of one thousand seven hundred thirty-four (1,734) square meters, more or less.

Points 1 and 2, old B. L. concrete monuments; point 3, old G. I. S. on tree; and points 4, 5 and 6, B. L. stone monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by public land; on the southeast, by barrio road; on the south, by property of Lucas Transmañas; and on the west, by lot No. 1 and property of the Commonwealth of the Philippines.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 56' E.
