RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CAHICSAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MONDRAGON, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, ISLAND OF SAMAR.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and. Reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Cahicsan, municipality of Mondragon, Province of Samar, island of Samar, and particularly described on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-491, to wit

Mr-4.91.—beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-491, S.ll° 02' E. 12,862.86 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Mondragon, thence, S.. 20 ° 52' W. 100.72 m. to point 2; N. 40° 00' W. 122.17 m. to point 3; N. 16° 47' E, 103.73 m. to point 4; S. 40° 32' E. 120.97 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of eleven thousand forty-eight (11,048) square meters, more or less.

All corners are B. L. Concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast toy property of Constantino Dones; on the southeast, by property of the municipal government of Mondragon (barrio site); on the southwest, by property of Segundo Gallamora; and on the northwest, by property of Paulo Surio.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 28' E.
