RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LAMUT, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KIAŃGAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE (SUB-PROVINCE OF IFUGAO), ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of Section Eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Lamut, municipal district of Kiańgan, Mountain Province (Sub-Province of Ifugao), island of Luzon, and particularly described on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-428-D to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr.428-D, N.53-16'W. 1851.78m. more or less from B.L.L.M. No. 3, Bo. of Lamut, Mp. of Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, thence

S. 11-37'E., 110.48 m to point 2;

S. 73-59'W., 150.28 m to point 3;

N. 11-32'W., 102.20 m to point 4;

N. 70-50'E., 151.01 m to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of FIFTEEN THOUSAND NINEHUNDRED TWENTY SIX SQUARE METERS (15, 926), more or less.1aшphi1

Point 1, P.L.S. Conc. Mon.; and points 2, 3 and 4, G.I.S. on “X” Molawen Posts.

Bounded on the Northeast by, National Road 20.00 m. wide; on the Southeast and Southwest, by property of Cipriano Mendoza; and on the Northwest by property of Cipriano Mendoza.

Bearings true. Declination 0-14'E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-428-D.
