MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 770, October 22, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR EXPERIMENTAL FISHPOND AND STATION SITE PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MACABALAN, MUNICIPALITY OF CAGAYAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MISAMIS, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section , eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for experimental fishpond and station site purposes, under the administration of the Chief, Division of Fisheries, Department of Agriculture and Commerce, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Macabalan, municipality of Cagayan, Province of Oriental Misamis, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in plan Bsd-7438, to wit: Lot No. 1982-A, Bsd-7i38.—A parcel of land (lot No. 1982-A of the subdivision plan Bsd-7438, being a portion of lot No. 1982 of the cadastral survey of Cagayan, G. L. R. 0. Cadastral Record No. 1562), situated in the barrio of Macabalan, municipality of Cagayan, Province of Oriental Misamis. Bounded on the NE. by lot No. 1982-B of the subdivision plan; on the SE., by Calle del Mar; on the W., by lots Nos. 1188, 1830, 1831, and 1832 of Cagayan cadastre No. 237, case No. 2; and on the NW., by lot No. 1982-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 48° 03' W., 796.34 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 8, Cagayan cadastre No. 237, thence N. 16° 11' W., 57.69 m. to point “2”; thence N. 21° 38' W., 57.39 m. to point “3”; thence N. 1° 56' E., 109.22 m. to point “4”; thence N. 1° 52' W., 80.79 m. to point “5”; thence N. 57° 07' E., 157.44 m. to point “6”; thence S. 30° 55' E., 150.31 m. to point “7”; thence S. 33° 04' E., 183.16 m. to point “8”; thence1 S. 69° 35' W., 291.54 m- to point of beginning; containing an area of seventy-one thousand five hundred ten (71,510) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points “6” and “7” are marked by B. L. concrete monuments; and the rest, by old B.
