MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 769, October 22, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAGPAT, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KIBUNGAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE (SUBPROVINCE OF BENGUET), ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following, parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Sagpat, municipal district of Kibungan, Mountain Province (subprovince of Benguet), Island of Luzon, and particularly described on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-105376, to wit: Psu-105376.—A parcel of land (described on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-105376, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Sagpat, municipal district of Kibungan, Mountain Province (subprovince of Benguet). Bounded on the N., NE., SE., SW., and NW. by public land. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 12° 10' E., 3,812.67 m., more or less from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Kibungan, thence S. 5° 16' E., 49.15 m. to point 2; thence S. 50° 04' W., 182.41 m. to point 3; thence N. 26° 05' W., 114.91 m. to point 4; thence N. 39° 31' E., 92.44 m. to point 5; thence S. 86° 10' E., 127.34 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of nineteen thousand six hundred forty-five (19,645) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points 1 and 3 are marked by G. I. S. on X on pine trees, 50 cm. diameter; point 2, by G. I. S. on X on pine tree, 60 cm. diameter; point 4, by G. I. S- on X on pine tree, 15 cm. diameter; and point 5, by G. I.
