RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF BADDUAT AND BULU, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KABUGAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE (SUBPROVINCE OF APAYAO), ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain situated in the barrios of Badduat and Bulu, municipal district of Kabugao, Mountain Province (subprovince of Ayapao), Island of Luzon, and particularly described on Bureau of Lands plans Psu-106230 and Psu-105719, to wit:

Psu-106230.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-106230, S. 22° 10' E. 5,652.37 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Kabugao, thence S. 30° 20' W. 86.21 m. to point 2; S. IT 26' W. 61.19 m. to point 3; N. 71° 26' W. 53.63 m. to point. 4; S. 48° 56' W. 128.28 m. to point 5; S. 38° 23' W. 119.82 m. to point 6; N. 17° 14' W. 147.24 m. to point 7; N. 27° 02' E. 179.94 m. to point 8; N. 28° 29' E. 179.16 m. to point 9; N. 25° 26' E. 174.83 m. to point 10; S. 49° 36' E. 27.00 m. to point 11; S. 49° 36' E. 277.00 m. to point 12; S. 59° 04' W. 124.06 m. to point 13; S. 32° 59' W. 73.40 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of one hundred thirteen thousand five hundred nine (113,509) square meters, more or less.

Points 1, 8, and 9, P. L. S. stone monuments; points 2, 3, 4, 5, and 13, iron spikes in “X” on trees; points 6 and 12, iron spikes in “X” on W. sides of trees; point 7, iron spike in SW. side of tree; point 10, iron spike in “X” blazed tree; and point 11, iron spike on tree.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Manuel Rogrog; on the southeast, by trail and public land; on the southwest, by public land and Bunuan River; and on the northwest, by Bunuan River.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 48' E.

Bounded on the northeast by Salvage Zone of Abulog River; on the southeast, by Salvage Zone of Abulog River and property of Arosep Dalingay, Basan Picban, and Abreten Agsiwang; on the Southwest, by properties of Arosep Dalingay, Basan Picban, and Abreten Asiwang and Ventura Laguitnay; and on the northwest, by property of Ventura Laguitnay.
