MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 766, October 21, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF SAN ANTONIO AND ANGUB, MUNICIPALITY OF CUARTERO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, ISLAND OF PANAY. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of the Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of San Antonio and Angub, municipality of Cuartero, Province of Capiz, Island of Panay, and particularly described in plans Psd-16665 and Psd-17187, to wit: Lot No. 2139-A-{Angub school site).—A parcel of land (lot No. 2139-A of the subdivision plan Psd-16665, being a portion of lot No. 2139 of the cadastral survey o£ Dao, G. L. E. O. Cadastral Record No. 374), situated in the barrio of Angub, municipality of Cuartero, Province of Capiz. Bounded on the NE. by lot No. 5546; on the SE. and SW., by lot No. 2139-B of the subdivision plan; and on the NW. by lot No. 2139-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on.plan, being S. 23° 37' W., 305.21 m., more or less, from B. B. M. No. 27, Dao cadastre No. 147, thence S. 61° 17' W., 104.21 m. to point “2”; thence N. 41° 47' W., 98.38 m. to point “3” thence N. 55° 41' E., 116.29 m. to point “4”; thence S. 34° 26? 107.71 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of eleven thousand two hundred fifty-seven (11,257) square meters more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points “2” and “3” are marked by P. L. S. concrete monuments; and the rest, by old B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 1° 15' E.; date of the original survey, October, 1918-October, 1920, and that of the subdivision survey, May 12, 1939. NOTE.—Lot No. 2139-A = Lot No. 5626 of Dao cadastre No. 147, case No. 1. As per resolution No. 44 of the municipal council, dated June 1, 1938. Lot No. 3684-B.—A parcel of land (lot No. 3684-B of the subdivision plan Psd.-17187, being a portion of lot No. 3684 of the cadastral survey of Dao, G. L. R. 0. Cadastral Record No. 384), situated in the barrio of San Antonio, municipality of Cuartero, Province of Capiz. Bounded on the NE. and E., by lot No. 3684-C of the subdivision plan; and on the SW. and W., by lot No. 3684-C of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 77° 46' E., 876.00 m., more or less, from M. B. M. No. 18, Dao Cadastre No. 147, thence N. 80° 25' W., 106.71 m. to point “2”; thence N. 8° 09' W., 103.62 m. to point “3”; thence S. 82° 39' E., 107.10 m. to point “4”; thence S. 7° 19' E., 107.52 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of ten thousand eight hundred thirty-six (10,863) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points “1” and “4” are marked by P. L. S. concrete monuments; and points “2” and “3,” by nails on “X” on trees; bearings true; declination, 1° 15' E.; date of the original survey, October, 1918-October, 1920, and that of the subdivision survey, March 2, 1940.
