MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 765, October 21, 1941 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 374, DATED JANUARY 27, 1939, LOTS NOS. 294, 452-A, 527, 559, 562, 571, AND 572, AND RESERVING THE SAID PARCELS OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH LOT NO. 246-A, BSD-4815 OF BUTUAN TOWNSITE, LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUTUAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, FOR HOSPITAL SITE PURPOSES. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Three hundred and seventy-four, dated January twenty-seven, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, lots numbered two hundred and ninety-four, four hundred and fifty-two-A, five hundred and twenty-seven, five hundred and fifty-nine, five hundred and sixty-two, five hundred and seventy-one, and five hundred and seventy-two, and reserve for hospital site purposes under the administration of the Province of Agusan, subject to private rights, if any there be, the said parcels of land together with lot numbered two hundred and forty-six-A, Bsd-4815, Butuan townsite, located in the municipality of Butuan, Province of Agusan. The additional parcel is particularly described on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14181, to wit: Lot No. 246-A, Swo-14181.—A. parcel of land (lot No. 246-A of the subdivision plan Bsd-4815, being a portion of lot No. 246 of Butuan townsite, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Butuan, Province of Agusan. Bounded on the N. by additional lot No. 571; on the E., by lot No. 246-B of plan Bsd-4815; on the S., by additional lot No. 572; and on the W., by lot No. 562. Beginning at a point marked “1” on Bureau of Lands plan, being S. 54? 52' W., 384.43 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Butuan, thence N. 4° 23' E., 92.64 m. to point “2”; thence S. 86° 00' E., 64.82 m. to point “3”; thence S. 1° 54' W., 83.00 m. to point “4”; thence S.”85° 56' W., 69.16 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of five thousand eight hundred fifty-seven (5,857) square meters more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked by old B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 1° 40' E.; date of the subdivision survey, July 17 and 18, 1935.
