MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 763, October 15, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES SEVEN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF TALOCTOC, SUMADEL, KARAGAWAN, NANAWATAN, KATABLANGAN, TALIFUGO, AND TAWIT, MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF TANUDAN, TINGLAYAN, KABUGAO, CONNER, AND LUNA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE (SUBPROVINCES OF KALINGA AND APAYAO), ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Taloctoc, Sumadel, Karagawan, Nanawatan, Katablangan, Talifugo, and Tawit, municipal districts of Tanudan, Tinglayan, Kabugao, Conner, and Luna, Mountain Province (subprovinces of Kalinga and Apayao), Island of Luzon, and particularly described on plans, Psu-105998, Psu-107010, Psu-106619, Psu-106617 Psu-106616, Psu-106620, and Psu-106618, to wit: Psu-105998.—A parcel of land (the original plan Psu-105998, G.
