RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES SEVEN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF TALOCTOC, SUMADEL, KARAGAWAN, NANAWATAN, KATABLANGAN, TALIFUGO, AND TAWIT, MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF TANUDAN, TINGLAYAN, KABUGAO, CONNER, AND LUNA, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE (SUBPROVINCES OF KALINGA AND APAYAO), ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Taloctoc, Sumadel, Karagawan, Nanawatan, Katablangan, Talifugo, and Tawit, municipal districts of Tanudan, Tinglayan, Kabugao, Conner, and Luna, Mountain Province (subprovinces of Kalinga and Apayao), Island of Luzon, and particularly described on plans, Psu-105998, Psu-107010, Psu-106619, Psu-106617 Psu-106616, Psu-106620, and Psu-106618, to wit:

Psu-105998.—A parcel of land (the original plan Psu-105998, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Taloctoc, municipal district of Tanudan, Mountain Province (subprovince of Kalinga), Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., E., and SB., by public land; on the SW. and NW, by the Tanudan River, 25 m. wide. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 15° 02' W., 8,975.00 m., more or less, from triangulation station Tangub, municipal district of Tanudan, Mountain Province; thence S. 40° 01' W., 137.26 m. to point 2; thence S. 35° 16' E., 95.59 m. to point 3; thence S. 54° 48' W., 57.70 m. to point 4; thence N. 41° 25' W., 36.19 m. to point 5; thence N. 19° 50' W., 120.34 m. to point 6; thence N. 16° 56' E., 161.43 m. to point 7; thence S. 51° 22' E., 125.44 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of twenty thousand two hundred sixty-sight (20,268) square meters, more or less. Psu-107010—A parcel of land (the original plan Psu-107010, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Sumadel, municipal district of Tinglayan, Mountain Province (subprovince of Kalinga), Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., by properties of Bogay and Calin; on the E., by public land; on the S., by property of Saguinot; and on the W., by property of Lurigao and property of Bogay. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 57° 52' W., 7,764.20 m., more or less, from triangulation station Natingoy, municipal district of Tinglayan, thence N. 6° 17' W., 57.75 m. to point 2; thence N. 78° 17' E., 15.31 m. to point 3; thence ,N. 0° 52' E., 12.50 m. to point 4; thence N. 80° 41' E., 79.67 m. to point. 5; thence S. 8° 41' E., 60.31 m. to point 6; thence S. 74° 47' W., 100.10 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of six thousand two hundred four (6,204) square meters, more or less. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 86° 04' E., 12,005.28 m., more or less, from triangulation station Sulu, municipal district of Luna, thence S. 24° 23' E., 98.75 m. to point 2; thence S. 77° 45' W., 169.44 m. to point 3; thence N. 10° 23' W., 99.31 m. to point 4; thence N. 78° 49' E., 145.45 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of fifteen thousand four hundred (15,400) square meters, more or less.
