MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 762, October 10, 1941 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 26, SERIES OF 1924, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 449, SERIES OF 1932, AND RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CALAANAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABON, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Twenty-six, series of nineteen hundred and twenty-four, as amended by Proclamation Numbered Four hundred and forty-nine, series of nineteen hundred and thirty-two, and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Ca-laanan, municipality of Bongabon, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in plan Bsd-7848, to wit: Bsd-7848, lot No. 40-D. A parcel of land (lot No. 40-D of the subdivision plan Bsd-7848, being a portion of lot No. 40 of the cadastral survey of Bongabon, G. L. R. 0. Cadastral Record No. 602), situated in the barrio of Calaanan, municipality of Bongabon, Province of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the N. and NW. by Sapang Tuyo; on the NE., by lot No. 40-E of the subdivision plan; on the SE., by property of the Commonwealth of the Philippines (Mountain Forest Reserve); and on the SW., by lot No. 40-C of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 34° 32' E., 6,359.86 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Bongabon cadastre No. 173, thence S. 82° 05' W., 168.50 m. to point “2”, thence N. 34° 19' W., 157.06 m. to point “3”; thence S. 89° 50' E., 88.49 m. to point “4”; thence N. 38° 55' E., 54.20 m. to point “5”; thence N. 87° 19' E., 22.00 m. to point “6”; thence S. 31° 29' E., 12.62 m. to point “7”; thence S. 36° 57' E. 173.56 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of twenty-three thousand four hundred fifty-seven (23,457) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points “4” and “5” are marked by old stakes; point “6,” by stake; and the rest, by B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 0° 50' E., date of the original survey, April-September, 1920; and that of the subdivision survey, October 24, 1940.
