MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 761, October 10, 1941 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 20, SERIES OF 1921, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 512, SERIES OF 1932, AND RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF ATATE, MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABON, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Twenty, series of nineteen hundred and twenty-one, as amended by Proclamation Numbered, Five hundred and twelve, series of nineteen hundred .and thirty-two, and reserve for school purposes, under the Administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Atate, municipality of Bongabon, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-494, to wit: Mr-494, lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands' plan Mr-494, N. 59° 53?. E. 17,089.20 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, thence S. 54° 55' E. 54.17 m. to point 2; S. 61° 55' W. 111.22 m. to point 3; S. 28° 01' W. 81.20 m. to point 4; N. 69° 11' W. 36.75 m. to point 5; N. 41° 37' E. 190.09 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of five thousand six hundred seventeen (5,617) square meters, more or less. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast by property of the Commonwealth of the Philippines; on the southeast, by lot No. 3; on the southwest, by property of the Commonwealth of the Philippines; and on the northwest, by provincial road. Mr-494, lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-494, N. 60° 20' E. 17,150.00 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, thence S. 18° 08' W. 141.77 m. to point 2; N. 69° 12' W. 165.86 m. to point 3; N. 28° 01'E. 79.00 m. to point 4; N. 62° 02' E. 109.42 m. to point 5; S. 54° 59' E. 77.60 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of twenty thousand eight hundred forty-five (20,845) square meters, more or less. Points 1 and 2, crosses on trees; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast, southeast, and southwest, by property of the Commonwealth of the Philippines; and on the northwest, by lot No. 3.
