MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 759, October 2, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF NUNGNUNGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF CAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Nungnungan,. municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and particularly described on plan Mr-498-D, to wit: A parcel of land (described on plan Mr-498-D, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Nungnungan, municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the N. by lot No. 105, H-181483 (property of Alberto Mauricio); on the E., by provincial road, 15 m. wide; on the S., by lot No. 107, H-191630 (property of Doroteo Soriano); and on the W., by Nungnungan Creek, 15 m. wide. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 7? 02' E., 491.30 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 3, Cauayan, PIs-83; thence S. 9° 00' E., 151.92 m. to point 2; thence N. 83? 38' W., 172.20 m. to point 3; thence N. 78° 53' W., 212.48 m. to point 4; thence N. 24° 49' E., 40.46 m. to point 5; thence N. 89° 17' E., 196.96 m. to point 6; thence N. .70° 19' E., 150.76 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of thirty thousand two hundred thirty-two (30,232) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, are marked by old B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.; bearings true; declination, 0° 46' E.; date of survey, May 7, 1940; and that of the approval, May 5, 1941.
