RESERVING FOR CEMETERY SITE PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF BOLONG, CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the district of Bolong, City of Zamboanga, island of Mindanao and particularly described in plan Psu-108584, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan Psu-108584, N.47-48'W. 1870.70m. more or less from B.L.B.M. No. 1, Bo. of Tigbao, Mp. of Bangaan, Zamboanga, thence

N.13-28'W. 191.16m. to point 2;

N.81-50'E. 232.32m. to point 3;

S.13-05'W. 224.00m. to point 4;

S.89-50'W. 236.15m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT SQUARE METERS (47, 888), more or less.

Points 1 and 4, B.L. Conc. Mons.; point 2, G.I.S. in Cross on Tree; and point 3, Old B.L. Conc. Mon.

Bounded on the Northeast, by property of Manuela Racho; and on the South, Southwest and Northwest, by property of H. C. Wyatt.1aшphi1
