RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BETUAGA, MUNUCIPAL DISTRICT OF BONTOC, MOUNATAIN PROVINCE (SUB-PROVINCE OF BONTOC), ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Betuagan, municipal district of Bontoc, Mountain Province (Sub-Province of Bontoc), island of Luzon, and particularly described in plan, Psu-111499, to wit:

Record No. ), situated in the Barrio of Betuagan, Municipal District of Bontoc, Mountain Province (Sub-Province of Bontoc), Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE. by property of Cotalan & Anglalan et al (Joint owners); on the S. and SW., by property of Langchasen and Oy-ya et al (joint owners); and on the NW., by property of Olosan & Colal-lad et al (joint owners). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 72 deg. 48'E., 4391.90 m. more or less from B.L.B.M. No. 1, Bo. of Sacasacan, Mpl. Dist. of Sadanga,
