MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 754, September 22, 1941 ] ESTABLISHING AS EUCALYPTUS FOREST RESERVE FOR FOREST PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION OF AMAMANIT TREES (Eucalyptus deglupta, Blume), A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF LEBAK, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, PHILIPPINES. Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighteen hundred and twenty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code, I, MANUEL L. QUEZON, President of the Philippines, hereby establish for forest protection and conservation of amamanit trees (Eucalyptus deglupta, Blume), the Eucalyptus Forest Reserve and place it under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry, which shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of this forest reserve and the cutting, collection, and removal of amamanit trees (Eucalyptus deglupta, Blume) and other forest products therein in accordance with the Forest Law and Regulations. I, therefore, withdraw from entry, sale or settlement, and hereby declare and proclaim to be the Eucalyptus Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if any there be, that portion of the public domain situated in the municipal district of Lebak, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, Philippines, and described on Bureau of Forestry map No. F. R.-113, to wit: Beginning at comer 1, a B. L. concrete monument, identical to corner 3 of lot 562, Kanipaan Extension cadastre 153, Cotabato, which is N. 22° E., about 480 meters from B. L. L. M. No. 49 of Kanipaan Extension cadastre 153, Cotabato; thence due west, 330 meters to corner 2, an amamanit tree, 20 cm. in diameter, marked T. L. 873/14, on east bank of Palimbang River; thence due west, 45 meters to corner 3, an amamanit tree, 20 cm. in diameter, marked T. L. 871/4, on west bank of Palimbang River; thence due west, 180 meters to corner 4, a white lauan tree, 40 cm. in diameter, marked T.
