RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF DITUCALAN, MUNICIPALITY OF ILIGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Ditucalan, municipality of Iligan, province of Lanao, island of Mindanao and particularly described in plan Psu-110422, to wit:

A parcel of land (described on plan, Psu-110422, G.L.R.O. Record No.__________), situated in the barrio of Ditucalan, municipality of Iligan, province of Lanao.

Bounded on the N. by the property of Dalmacio Ganoy, H-144757; on the E. by the properties of Dalmacio Canoy, H-144757, and Natividad Paradela; on the S. by the property of Natividad Paradela;and on the W. by the properties of Natividad Paradela and Dalmacio Canoy, H-144757, and the Barrio Road, 10.00 m. wide. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 64 deg. 07' E., 3072,71 m. more or less from B.L.B.M. No. 1, Barrio of Buru-on, municipality of Iligan:-
