RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MANGALI, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TANUDAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building site purposes, under the administration of the municipal district of Tanudan, Mountain Province, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Mañgali, muilcipal district of Tanudan, Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Psu-108266, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan Psu-108266, S. 5.54-53'E. 17312.80m. more or less from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Mpl. Dlst. of Lubuagn, thence

N. 62-02'W. 82.80m. to point 4;

N.26-00'E. 15.37m. to point 5;

Containing an area of THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY FOUR SQUARE METERS (3,644), more or less.

Points 2 and 3, Nails on Crosses on Trees; and the rest are P.L.S. Stone Mons.

Bounded on the Northeast and North, by property of Banawag and Agagon (Joint Owners); on the East, by property of Dongadong; on the Southwest, by property of Banawag and Dongadong (Joint Owners); and on the northwest, by property of Ul-lalim.
