MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 748, September 9, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR RADIO-TELEGRAPH STATION PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BROOKE'S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for radio-telegraph station purposes, under the administration of the Director of Posts, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipal district of Brooke's Point, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-479, to wit: Ir-479.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-479, S. 3° 00' W. 241.34 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Brooke's Point Pls-96, thence S. 82° 25' E. 29.80 m. to point 2; S. 82° 15' E. 29.75 m. to point 3; S. 82 08' E. 29.98 m. to point 4; S. 37° 32' W. 43.46 m. to point 5; S. 56° 31' W. 72.25 m. to point 6; S.. 82° 38' W. 53.00 m. to point 7; N. 51? 17' W. 63.94 m. to point 8; N. 9° 34' E. 65.81 m. to point 9; S. 82° 26' E. 37.56 m. to point 10; S. 82° 24' E. 37.65 m. to point 11; S. 83° 05' E. 15.10 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of twelve thousand nine hundred nine (12,909) square meters, more or less. Points 5 and 6, stakes; points 7 and 8, old B. L. concrete monuments; and the rest are B.
