MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 747, September 9, 1941 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES ONE PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PULONG MARAGUL, MUNICIPALITY OF MUÑOZ, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECUA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education. subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Pulong Maragul, municipality of Munoz, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16095, to wit: Lot No. 2364-A, Bsd-1807.—A parcel of land (lot No. 2364-A of the subdivision plan Bsd-1807, being a portion of lot No. 2364 of the cadastral survey of Munoz, G. L. R. 0. Cadastral Record No. 273), situated in the barrio of Pulong Maragul, municipality of Munoz, Province of Nueva Ecija. Bounded on the N., by lot No. 2363; and on the E., S., and W., by lot No. 2364-B of plan Bsd-1807. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 64° 58' E., 730.24 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 42, thence N. 3? 25' W., 100.48 m. to point “2”; thence N. 3° 25' W., 1.04 m. to point “3”; thence N. 84° 01' E., 100.45 m. to point “4”; thence S. 3° 30' E., 0.73 m. to point “5”; thence S. 3° 30' E., 98.70 m. to point “6”; thence S. 82° 50' W., 100.70 m. to point of beginning.1aшphi1 Containing an area of ten thousand eighty-seven (10,087) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points “1,” “2,” “5,” and “6” are marked by B.
